Is anyone else following the Julian Hernandez case from Lubbock? I've been reading about it and it's just so painful to think about what his friends and family are going through. From what I've gathered, the situation escalated so quickly during that drug transaction. It’s scary to see how things can take such a tragic turn in the blink of an eye. I'm curious about the measures apartment complexes have in place for security. Has anyone heard if the apartment management is considering any changes after this tragic event?
