Has anyone ever talked about the weird bit about Teddy's cigarettes? I mean, he asked his sister to take him to the gas station specifically for them, right? But then he just bolts as soon as they get there. It seems odd that you'd go through the trouble of getting a ride to buy cigarettes and then not even wait a second to go inside and buy them. I'm wondering if the argument with his wife was really the incident that set all this off. It feels like there's something bigger at play here. Anyone familiar with potential theories or local rumors about what else could have been going on in Theodore's life back then? It's been more than 30 years, but maybe there's still someone out there who knows why he ran...

Has anyone ever looked into the types of people who frequented the area around the gas station back in 1986? I keep thinking that if Teddy was indeed chased by two individuals like some witnesses have said, they might have been familiar with the neighborhood or had some reason to be there. Does anyone have details on reported crimes or incidents around Roosevelt Boulevard and Jackson Street from that time period? It could help us connect some dots about who was in the area and whether Teddy could have been specifically targeted or if this was just a random occurrence. Curious if this angle's been pursued thoroughly by the authorities over the years.
