Theodore "Teddy" Franks, age 19, was last seen on May 31, 1986, in Middletown, Ohio. On the day of his disappearance, Theodore had an argument with his wife, after which his behavior became increasingly erratic. Seeking some space, he asked his sister to take him to a gas station near Roosevelt Boulevard and Jackson Street, where he intended to buy cigarettes.
