I can't get over how senseless this tragedy is. I keep thinking about Dalyn's son, August Lee, and how he's going to grow up without his dad. From what I've read, Dalyn seemed like a dedicated father, and I can't begin to imagine the loss his family is feeling. Losing someone so young, with so much potential, is devastating. It's strange to think that it takes just one moment of violence to shatter so many lives.
I hope the community rallies around Vivian and August during this time. They’re losing not just a partner and father, but a future they had planned together. It's crucial that we support each other and provide any information we might have to help the investigation. The family deserves answers and justice. My heart goes out to them all.

The Columbus Police Homicide Unit is really urging anyone who knows something to speak up. I don’t know if anyone here has any insight, but every tiny piece of info could be crucial in piecing together what happened that night.
