I've been following the Andre Lamar Montera case, and something weighing heavy on my mind is how Ronnie Jay Salas managed to flee to Kansas before being captured. It's chilling to think that a suspect in such a serious crime could cross state lines so quickly. This makes me wonder about the gaps in communication between law enforcement agencies when a suspect goes on the run. How quickly do different states' task forces typically coordinate in these situations? I can't imagine the frustration and anxiety the Montera family must have felt during those days Salas was still at large. They deserve justice, and I hope this case brings some closure for them. Does anyone have insights on how such fugitive chases are usually handled? It seems like a complex process, but I'm grateful that the authorities were able to capture him in the end.
