I've been thinking a lot about the last call Archie made to his mom from that bar on Park Avenue. It's chilling that he mentioned being followed. Does anyone know if the bar has changed ownership or been renovated since then? It might be a long shot, but there could be former staff or patrons with memories from that night who could help piece things together. I also wonder if there were any other reports of suspicious activity around that area in July 1988 that could be connected to Archie's case. Has anyone looked into this angle? Sometimes the smallest details can crack these cases wide open.
I've been thinking a lot about Archie Darrell McKinnon's last known call to his mom from that bar on Park Avenue. It's baffling why he waited so many months to be reported missing. Does anyone know if there was any evidence found at the bar or if the people he mentioned were ever investigated? It seems odd that no substantial leads have emerged from there. Given Archie's routine of calling his mom daily, it strikes me as something worth digging into more. Could there have been witnesses who saw something that night but were never interviewed or came forward? It seems like a critical piece of the puzzle is missing. Would love to know if anyone has more info about the bar or remembers what the atmosphere was like in the area back in 1988.
Does anyone else find it odd that Archie Darrell McKinnon called his mom from a bar and said he was being followed? If he was genuinely scared enough to mention it, why didn’t he go somewhere safe or call the authorities instead of his mother? It makes me wonder if there were more details about that night that we just don't know. Maybe he recognized the people following him and was hoping it wouldn’t escalate, or perhaps he thought his mom might know something about why he was being followed. It’s such a chilling last contact, and then poof, he just vanished! Also, Chico wasn’t known for a high crime rate back in the late '80s as far as I know, so this whole situation feels even more suspicious to me. What do you all think?
