I genuinely feel for Joel's family and friends who have to grapple with this sudden and violent loss. I hope they find some peace amidst the chaos and that justice is served for Joel. Also, it's just chilling to think a weapon like an AK-47 was even present at a casual game night. It's a reminder of how gun violence can permeate everyday life in unexpected ways.
