Hey all, I can't stop thinking about that surveillance footage showing the suspect waiting in the stairwell before shooting Cesar Flores-Diaz. It’s so chilling to think someone could be lurking like that, waiting to ambush a person in front of their own home. The blue backpack and the way the suspect moved—definitely distinctive enough that someone should be able to recognize them. It’s incredibly jarring to see how premeditated this was, and I can only imagine the pain Cesar’s family is going through every day. I hope with all the media attention and community support, someone will come forward with valuable information. This family deserves answers and some form of closure. If anyone here has any little piece of info, even if it seems insignificant, please consider reaching out to the authorities or the consulate. They really need all the help they can get. My thoughts are with Cesar’s family, especially his wife and young son. No one should have to go through this. Stay safe, everyone.
