Has anyone else been following the tragic case of Jorden Christion Mason in Charlotte? I just can't stop thinking about the comment his mom, Temekia, made regarding the size difference between Jorden and the suspect. It really drives home how unnecessary and tragic this whole situation is. Why did it have to end in violence? Jorden was just 22, with his whole life ahead of him. It seems like there's this consistent pattern of senseless violence, especially at places like the 1st and Goal Sports Bar. How many more lives have to be lost before there are real changes made? Holding Anthony Murry Alexander accountable is important, but I hope this is also a wake-up call for stronger safety measures in our communities. Thoughts and prayers go out to Jorden's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.

Does anyone else feel uneasy about the repeated violence at the 1st and Goal Sports Bar? My heart goes out to Jorden's family, and it’s just troubling to think that a place that should be about fun and socializing is now linked to two fatal incidents within months. It's so important for bars and such venues to take stronger safety measures. Are there others who think the same, or maybe have heard if the bar owners plan to address this situation for the safety of their patrons? It feels like more could be done to prevent such tragedies from happening again.
