Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Neo Secaira and just can't get the impact on the local community out of my mind. Neo was only 17 and had so much life ahead of him. I read an article about a vigil held in his honor, and it's touching to see how many people gathered to remember him. The way the community has come together speaks volumes about how he touched people's lives. Does anyone have any details on the community's plans for honoring Neo or perhaps a scholarship or foundation being set up in his name? I'd love to support any initiatives to remember him and continue his legacy. My heart goes out to his family and friends during this unimaginable time.
