Has anyone else been reflecting on the community gatherings at Fairground Park in light of this tragedy? It’s tough to imagine such a vibrant space turning into the scene of such a devastating event. We’ve all spent so many evenings there, surrounded by laughter and friends, and I can't help but feel for Maurice Roberts-Parnell's family, as well as the other victims and their families. His absence leaves a void not just in their lives, but in the community's spirit too. With so many witnesses presumably present at the park that night, it’s perplexing that no suspects have come forward yet. I sincerely hope that anyone with information finds the courage to speak up. Sending thoughts to Maurice's young daughter and his loved ones. I hope we see justice served soon—it’s the least the family deserves in such a difficult time.
