Hey everyone, I was looking into the disappearance of Ernest Newell Ellison and something struck me about his habits before he went missing. Ellison was really involved with the VFW Post 4252, and I've been wondering how this part of his life could be connected to his disappearance. It seems like a tight-knit community, and I'm curious if anyone from the VFW ever mentioned seeing him acting out of character or maybe even talking about traveling somewhere before he vanished? Considering his absence of medication, he might not have planned to leave for an extended period. Did he mention any plans during his visits there, or did anyone notice any unfamiliar people around the post in the days leading up to his disappearance? If there's anyone familiar with the area or who knew Ellison around that time, it would be interesting to hear any thoughts or observations. Local insights might shed some light on this cold case.
