Hey everyone, I'm really struggling to come to terms with what happened to Derron Woody. It's so hard to imagine a young life being cut short like this. I've been reading about his love for video games, and it just makes me think how relatable that is for so many kids. Most kids I know prefer to be inside, playing games, enjoying a bit of escapism. It sounds like Derron was just a normal, good kid who found himself in an unimaginably tragic situation. One thing that really caught my attention was how close he seemed to be with his father, Derrick, who described Derron as someone who "loved everybody." I can’t even begin to fathom the pain his family is going through right now. I hope the community continues to rally around them, offering support and sharing any information they might have with the authorities. It feels like justice needs to be served, and we owe it to Derron to make sure his story is never forgotten. Sending thoughts to all those who knew and loved Derron.
