I was reading about Eugene Jefferson's tragic death, and something really stood out to me — how did nobody hear or see anything in a busy residential building? 18th Street isn't exactly a quiet area, even late at night. It's hard to imagine something so violent happening without at least a few people noticing or hearing something unusual. I really feel for Eugene’s family. The not knowing must be unbelievably difficult. If anyone in the community knows anything or saw something that night, even if it seems small or insignificant, I truly hope they come forward. Every little piece of the puzzle could be vital. My heart goes out to his loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.
