I've been thinking a lot about Carrie Jenkins and her impact on the community, particularly the work she did at the New Beginning Apostolic Church. I didn't realize how involved she was until reading more about her life and the stories people have shared. It seems like she spent a lot of her time volunteering and organizing events that brought people together. It's just incredibly sad to think that a person who dedicated so much of her life to fostering community and uplifting others was taken in such a violent manner. My heart goes out to her family and all those who knew her through her church and community efforts. It's just tragic to lose someone so giving in such an unnecessary way. I hope the investigation provides healing and answers for those left behind. If anyone has more stories or memories of her work, I'd love to hear about the positive impacts she made.
