Has anyone else come across discussions about Cynthia’s medical conditions playing a role in her disappearance? Given her epilepsy and heart issues, it's concerning that she wouldn't have had her meds if she was on her own for any reason. I wonder if these factors were taken into account thoroughly enough during the initial investigations. It also puzzles me that with her mental disabilities, which would make it hard for her to function or navigate by herself, there aren't clearer leads. Does anyone know if any local hospitals or clinics were checked to see if perhaps she sought help somewhere due to a medical emergency? It seems like there could be more avenues to explore around this aspect. Any thoughts or info would be appreciated.
