Hey everyone, I've been looking into the case of Jose Adolfo Garcia, and something caught my attention. Has anyone ever discussed the challenges authorities face when an abduction leads to another country, like in this case where Jose's father, Alvaro, possibly took him to Mexico? I imagine that jurisdictional issues and the need for international cooperation must complicate everything tenfold. It seems like once a case crosses borders, the process slows down significantly, which is frustrating when time is of the essence, especially with a child involved. Does anyone here have any insight into how these cross-border investigations are typically managed? It's baffling and disconcerting to think that these challenges might keep a case open for so long.
I've been looking into the case of little Jose Adolfo Garcia and his abduction back in 2001. There's something that's been nagging at me. Does anyone else find it strange that Alvaro Carrillo Garcia was able to disappear so effectively with a child in tow? I know they believe he fled to Mexico, but wouldn't crossing the border have been a bit challenging, especially with a 1-year-old?
On a different note, I've read that Alvaro has a lazy left eye, which seems like a pretty memorable feature. It's been over two decades, so I'm wondering if anyone in the community might have connections in the Oaxaca or Nogales areas that could help circulate his and Jose's descriptions. Anything that increases awareness could potentially make a difference. Thoughts?
