I was reading about the tragic case of Rhonda Strang and Amber Fisher, and something that really struck me was how close Rhonda was to the situation without even knowing it. Her brother worked for Lucas, giving the killer unwarranted access to her life. It's chilling to think how twisted fate can be, connecting an innocent young woman to such a monster without her knowledge. My heart goes out to Rhonda's family—imagine having to grapple with not only the loss but also the betrayal of trust her brother must have felt. In cases like these, the ripple effects of a serial killer’s actions touch so many lives. It’s important we remember the people behind the headlines and support their families in as many ways as we can.
