I wonder if there's more to discover about what led up to this encounter. Were words exchanged that escalated things, or was it all senseless violence from the start? Harlen deserved so much better. As we look back on cases like this, it's crucial not only to remember the victims but to also push for more understanding around mental health issues. Maybe Harlen's story could have been different if he had received better support. Thinking of Harlen and sending peace to his family and friends who still live with this loss.
