Was anyone else particularly disturbed by the way Richard Louis Hunter seemed to target these vulnerable women? It seems beyond malicious that he would choose women living alone, especially those like Grace Hill, who should have been able to feel safe in her own home. The newspaper and doll he left behind add such a troubling layer to the crime scene, almost as if he was mocking the victims and their loved ones. It’s chilling to think about the terror these women must have felt in their final moments. My thoughts are with Grace’s friends and family—no one should have to endure this kind of loss. It’s a stark reminder for us all to look out for each other and push for better protection for our elderly neighbors.
