I'm always struck by the twisted nature of this case because it shows just how deeply dangerous and manipulative Pee Wee Gaskins was. It's mind-blowing and so tragic that someone like him could evade capture for so long and inflict so much pain on so many families. I recently read about the chilling detail that he used explosives to kill Rudolph Tyner while in prison. It's terrifying to think about the lengths he would go to assert dominance and inflict harm, even behind bars. This makes me wonder about the fear and torment Kim must have faced during her last days. My heart truly goes out to her family and the other victims' families who had to endure such painful revelations about what happened to their loved ones. It's a stark reminder of the lasting impact these horrendous acts have on those left behind.
