I’ve been reading up on the history of Brenda Judd’s case, and I can’t help but think about how different things might have been if technology were then what it is today. Back in 1979, the investigation into Brenda and Sandra's disappearance faced a lot of challenges, especially with other girls reported missing around the same time. I wonder how quickly modern tech and communication would have pinpointed the urgency of their abduction. It's chilling to think these girls just wanted to have a fun day at the fair and were instead met with such tragedy. My heart goes out to Brenda's family, who had to endure the long wait for answers amidst all the confusion. Their pain must have been unimaginable. It's cases like these that remind us how far we’ve come with investigative tools and yet how these stories continue to pain those left behind.
