Hey folks, I’ve been digging through some old cases and came across Amena Mohammed El-Sayed’s case from 2006. Something that’s been bugging me is how they’ve kept the case quiet for so long, especially after the idea that her father might have taken her to Saudi Arabia or Egypt. I’m curious if international agencies were ever brought in seriously. Do any of you know how often and effectively U.S. authorities collaborate with their counterparts in the Middle East for these kinds of cases? Also, any similar cases where they made a breakthrough might offer some hope or strategy. Let's discuss!
