I came across the case of Lashawn and Travis Cowart recently, and it's been weighing heavily on me. It's absolutely devastating to think of a young mother and her baby being taken in such a brutal manner. What really gets to me is the thought of what those final moments must have been like for Lashawn, trying to protect her child from such unimaginable violence. It's a stark reminder of the terrifying reality that there are people capable of such heinous acts. My heart goes out to their family and friends, who have had to live with this tragedy all these years. I hope they’ve found some form of solace or healing, as hard as it must be.
