I've been thinking a lot about the role of the babysitter on the night little Ashley died. It must have been devastating for her to discover Ashley unresponsive that morning. While we can't put blame on someone just doing their job, I wonder if there's more information about what transpired that night. Did the babysitter hear or see anything unusual? It's scary to think how quickly things can go wrong, and it must weigh heavily on her conscience, knowing she was one of the last people to see Ashley alive. My heart truly goes out to everyone involved, and I hope they can find peace and closure someday. This case still leaves me baffled, even after all these years.

I've been following this case for years and can't imagine the pain the family's endured. One thing that's always puzzled me is the babysitter's testimony. From what I've read, they seemed genuinely upset during the investigation and claimed Ashley was peacefully sleeping when they checked on her. Could there be more to their story? Were they simply negligent, or is it possible they noticed something off but didn't realize the gravity of the situation? It's hard not to wonder if they might hold some piece of information without even knowing it. My thoughts go out to all who've been affected by these terrible events.
