I've been reading about the tragic case of Ligia Kozlowski and others who lost their lives at Ianni's Club, and it's hard to imagine the pain their families have endured all these years. One aspect that really stands out to me is how the police and community responded to such a devastating event. Given that this was one of the worst mass murders in Dallas at the time, does anyone know if there were any systemic changes in law enforcement or club security following the incident? It seems like something that would have prompted a lot of reflection on public safety, especially with how it unfolded in such a public and supposedly safe environment. My heart goes out to all those impacted — I can’t even begin to comprehend what the families have lived through. Would appreciate any insights from locals or those who remember more about how the community adjusted in the aftermath.

I've been following the Ianni's Club case for a while, and I can’t stop thinking about how the tragedy must have deeply affected the families of the victims. Ligia Kozlowski's loved ones, in particular, have my sympathy as they navigate life without her presence. I can't imagine how hard it must be to find any sense of peace after such a horrible event. The fact that the community had to endure this massacre really underscores how vital it is for public venues to reconsider and strengthen their security protocols. Has anyone heard about any memorials or tributes that have been set up in honor of the victims? It seems like remembering and celebrating their lives would be an important step in the healing process for a community that has endured so much pain.
