I recently came across the case of Deputy Wilburn Agy while reading about unsolved crimes in Texas, and it really got me thinking about eyewitness accounts and how they play a role in investigations like this. The fact that there were no conclusive eyewitnesses at a busy shopping center is baffling to me. I understand that it was dark and chaotic, but it seems like someone should've noticed more details or maybe saw something suspicious earlier that evening. I feel for Deputy Agy's family and colleagues—it's hard to imagine what they are going through even today, not having closure. It must be incredibly frustrating knowing that there could be people out there who know more than what's been shared. If anyone here knows someone who was in that area back in '95 or has any insights on similar cases, it might be worth reaching out to the authorities. Keeping the memory of Deputy Agy alive can potentially push this case forward and hopefully bring the justice his family deserves.
