I was reading about the El Kumbala incident and couldn’t help but think about the people who were there that night and how terrifying it must have been for everyone involved. It’s hard to imagine the shock and fear Luis and his patrons experienced in what was supposed to be a lively, carefree environment. I’m sure some of you here might have been regulars at that club or perhaps knew someone who worked there or attended frequently. How do you think the community changed after this tragedy? Were there any immediate changes made to club security or nightlife safety as a result? My heart really goes out to the survivors and the families of those who lost their loved ones. This wasn't just an attack on individuals; it felt like an assault on the whole city's sense of peace.
