I’ve been thinking a lot about Robert Coyle’s case and trying to piece together any odd details. One thing that has always puzzled me—did anyone ever hear anything from the girlfriend he was supposed to meet in Houston? Was she ever identified or questioned by authorities? You’d think if there was anything strange about their plans or destination, she might have noticed something. Or even if they broke up or changed plans last minute, that kind of info could give us more insights into what might have happened. Anyone have more on her or any thoughts on this angle?
Has anyone looked into the possibility that Robert Coyle didn't get on the plane at all? If there's no confirmed record of him boarding the flight to Houston, could he have stayed in LA for some reason? It's strange that there's such a lack of info about his activities immediately after being dropped off. I wonder if there was any CCTV footage or airport security records that could shed light on whether he actually entered the terminal and boarded the flight. Given the complexities of traveling internationally, especially with plans potentially involving meeting someone's family in Kurdistan, you'd think there’d be at least some digital trail. Anyone know if his phone or credit card activity was ever checked around that time? It's puzzling how someone could vanish like that when they were supposedly going on such a significant trip.
I was going through some old case files and came across Robert Coyle's disappearance again. I'm curious if anyone has dug into flight records around that time? I know privacy rules can make it tricky, but maybe someone out there has managed to piece together a travel timeline. Also, did anyone double-check if there were any sightings of him at LAX after he was dropped off? Seems odd there haven't been any confirmed steps from LAX to Houston. Any aviation buffs here who know if airports keep long-term records of passenger movements?
