Edwin Charles Phillips, aged 67, passed away on August 17, 2016, in Redding, California. He was found behind his auto shop on Bechelli Lane after reports of gunshots in the area. Phillips, who was known for his work in restoring hot rods and motorcycles, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to Mercy Medical Center Redding, where he succumbed to his injuries.
