Hey everyone, I've been reading through some of the posts here, and my heart really goes out to Lamont Price's family. It must be incredibly difficult to live day-to-day while waiting for answers that don't seem to be coming. I've been thinking a lot about Brijjanna, Lamont's sister. Losing a sibling is tough enough, but dealing with that loss while stepping into the challenging role of a young parent must be overwhelming. I hope she has a strong support system around her. It's important to talk about these stories—not just for the sake of awareness, but also to keep their spirits alive while the search for justice continues. If anyone's been involved in initiatives or community programs around Oakland to help reduce gun violence, I'd love to hear more about them.
