Anyone else deeply unsettled by the fact that Gayle's car, phone, wallet, and wedding ring were all left behind? I mean, if she was truly planning to leave, wouldn't she at least take her phone or wallet? The fact that everything except the safe was left behind feels so strange to me. It seems like such a desperate attempt to make it look like she'd just up and vanish. If you were really leaving on your own accord, especially in such a drastic situation, you'd think some essentials would be needed. It makes me question the whole "goodbye letter" situation even more. Does anyone else have thoughts on what these missing personal items might signify in the grand scheme of things?

I was reading up on the Marjorie "Gayle" McCaffrey case again, and something's been bothering me about the so-called goodbye letter. Has anyone else noticed how Robert claimed it was typed? It’s always struck me as strange. I mean, if someone was planning to leave, why not handwrite something so personal? It seems like a small detail, but knowing that Gayle’s family didn’t think she wrote it makes me question the authenticity even more. Plus, can we talk about the language issue her family brought up? It's hard to believe someone would suddenly start using phrases completely out of character. Anyone else think this might’ve been a poorly thought-out attempt to cover tracks? Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on what this could mean for the case.
