I’ve been thinking a lot about Rudy's case recently, and what really stands out to me is his character. Everyone who talks about Rudy mentions how kind and giving he was—always looking out for the underdog. He sounded like the kind of person we need more of in this world. It’s tragic that someone with such a big heart was taken in such a brutal way. I hope that in remembering and sharing stories of his kindness, his family and friends can find some solace amidst their grief. But what’s still bugging me is trying to piece together how his friendship with Moreno unraveled so terribly. They were supposed to be friends, and then this? It's baffling that Moreno could do something so heinous to someone who seemed to truly care about others. I can’t help but wonder what was going through Moreno’s mind. Was the pressure of needing money so overpowering that he would betray someone like Rudy? It's a grim reminder that we often don't really know what people are capable of, even those we think we know well. Sending all my thoughts to Rudy’s loved ones. Keep those stories of his compassion coming—it’s clear his light still shines around you.

I've been following Rudy's case for a while now, and it's just so devastating to consider how someone like him, with such a bright future, was taken from this world. What really gets me is the role his kindness might have played in his tragic end. From all accounts, Rudy was someone who stood up for the underdog and would go out of his way to help others. It's distressing to think that his trusting nature might have played into the events leading to his murder. I'm curious if the Bexar County Sheriff's Office or any family members have spoken more about any community efforts that have been initiated in his memory. Sometimes, families start scholarships or programs aimed at preventing violence or aiding students in similar situations. If anyone knows of such initiatives or ways to support Rudy’s family, I’d appreciate the info. It's crucial to keep his spirit alive in positive ways while hoping that every aspect of this case is brought to light. Sending strength to Rudy’s loved ones.

I’ve been thinking a lot about that heartbreaking weekend in July 2016. Rudy, from what everyone says, was such a kind soul, deeply involved in his studies, and full of potential. It's chilling to imagine someone so focused on bettering his life and helping others, meeting such a senseless ending. What’s been bugging me lately is why Moreno thought Rudy's house was worth targeting in the first place. Was there something specific they were after, or was it just a crime of opportunity that spiraled out of control? It's unnerving and so sad to think that Rudy's compassion and openness might have actually put him at risk. My thoughts are with Rudy's family—they’ve lost someone truly special, and I hope they find some peace knowing he touched so many lives.
