I've been thinking a lot about Isidro Zarate's incredibly brave actions on that tragic day. It's truly awe-inspiring how he didn't hesitate for a second when he saw someone in need. In the face of danger, he tried to protect a stranger, which is a testament to the kind of person he was—a genuine hero. I can't imagine the pain his loved ones have felt since that day, especially knowing he was simply trying to help. His story is a stark reminder of the risks some people are willing to take for others, even when they don't have to. And I hope his family knows how inspiring people find his courage and selflessness. Such an act should never have been met with such senseless violence. Thinking of his family and hoping they continue to find strength in his remarkable legacy.
