Has anyone else been thinking about the role of technology in solving Jerry Wayne McBride Sr.'s case? It's just incredible how phone records and forensic analysis ultimately helped shift the focus from Charles Harvey Bryant to Robert Thomas III and Ronald Ray Fanner. I can't imagine how stressful it must have been for Bryant and his family to be wrongfully accused, even for a short period. It goes to show how vital it is to have a combination of modern tech and good old detective work. My heart goes out to McBride's loved ones, who had to endure such a long wait for justice. I'm so glad that the investigators could piece everything together in the end.
