Hi everyone,
I’ve been thinking about Billy Patient’s case and something has been bugging me. It’s that Facebook activity after he disappeared. Does anyone know if there were concrete details released about what kind of activity it was? Like, was it just logins, messages, or something else entirely? I find it hard to believe that, if he left on his own, he’d risk going online when so many people would be looking for him. Then again, if someone else had his info, they could’ve logged in, right? It’s such a strange piece of the puzzle to me. Anyone else have thoughts on this angle?

I’ve been following Billy's case pretty closely, especially considering the setting around his disappearance. I've always been curious about The Academy and how they handle these outings. Just seems odd that a treatment center for troubled teens would lose track of someone like that, especially when they knew he was in a vulnerable state. The fact that his clothes and wallet were left behind just adds to the mystery. Could there have been something about that environment which made him want to leave? Or maybe he saw an opportunity to get away and took it? I wish there was more transparency about the supervision protocols and how they're supposed to keep track of the kids. Anyone have any insight into how these places operate or a similar experience?
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking a lot about Billy Patient's case and wanted to discuss the odd aspect of his Facebook activity after he disappeared. It always struck me as strange that there were signs of life online when there was no physical trace of him. Some people have argued that it could've been someone else accessing his account, but why? And how did they know his passwords? It just doesn't add up given the circumstances.
Is there a chance that Billy really did plan to vanish, despite all the red flags with his mental health? Or could this have been someone else's doing, trying to mislead the investigation? Just curious if anyone else has theories about this angle.
Would love to hear your thoughts.
