I've been following the tragic case of Maurice C. Carter, and I can't stop thinking about his family and what they must be going through. I read somewhere that Maurice was planning to start college soon. It's so unfair that a young man with his whole life ahead of him could be taken away like this. It bothers me that this case is still unsolved after all this time. Why can't we do more to encourage those who might know something to come forward? I truly hope that the community will find its voice and help the authorities give Maurice's family the answers they desperately need. It's not just about justice for Maurice, but also about preventing more tragedies like this from happening in Kansas City. Let’s keep talking about this and keep Maurice's memory alive.
