I recently stumbled upon a detail in Adriana Perez’s case that’s been really sitting with me. It’s about how Jordy Husein Suljanovic was caught in London while trying to flee to Bosnia. It’s a small bit in the grand scheme of this tragic event, but I keep thinking about how it must have felt for the authorities to track him down, knowing they were closing in and justice was catching up. It makes me wonder about the complexities of investigating crimes that cross international borders. Kudos to the FBI and Houston PD for their diligence, ensuring Adriana and her boyfriend, Omar, get the justice they deserve. It’s such a tough reality that Adriana’s family has to cope with this loss. My thoughts are with her family and friends as they continue to seek healing and peace.
