I've been following Ruben Lee Washington's case closely, and one thing that's really stuck with me is the issue of security at the apartment complex where the tragedy happened. It’s shocking and deeply concerning that an area like that wouldn't have more robust safety measures in place, especially if children live there. Has anyone else looked into whether the management has been held accountable or if there have been prior incidents there? I feel terrible for Ruben's mom and the community—this is the kind of systemic problem that shouldn't be overlooked. Safety should be a priority, and I hope this aspect is being examined as part of the investigation. It might not bring Ruben back, but it could prevent future heartbreak for another family. If anyone has more information or thoughts on this angle, please share. Hoping for justice and some peace for Ruben's loved ones. ?
