I've been following Tocorrie Jashawn Tarrant's case, particularly focusing on the area where his body was found. It's unsettling to think that such a violent crime occurred in the vicinity of the Everwood Apartments and yet, there seem to be no solid leads. The fact that his body was discovered in a public creek makes me wonder about the possibility of witnesses or anyone who might have seen something suspicious around the 6900 block of Skillman Street. It's a relatively busy area, and if anyone happened to be jogging or walking their dog that day, maybe they saw something that seemed off at the time, but didn't connect to Tocorrie's tragic fate. I can only hope that more light gets shed on these moments leading up to his death. His family deserves answers, and it's frustrating to imagine how hard it must be for them to wait without any closure. If anyone remembers anything from that day, no matter how small, I urge you to contact the authorities. We can only hope that justice will soon be served.
