Has anyone else been thinking about the impact on Keke's kids after this horrific event? It's unimaginable what they must be going through losing their mom in such a sudden and tragic way. It's comforting to know they're with family, but it must be incredibly overwhelming adjusting to life without her. I'm grateful they had their family to step in, but it just breaks my heart to think of how much they've been through at such a young age. The community rallying around them and showing support might hopefully give them some strength as they navigate this painful reality. If anyone knows of any ways to help or support them, please share.

I've been thinking a lot about how this could have impacted Lekita's family, especially her kids. The sudden loss of a mother is devastating, and it hurts to think about the long road they have ahead of them. It's somewhat of a relief to know that they were immediately surrounded by family members who stepped up to take care of them after this unimaginable loss. It reminds me of that saying, "It takes a village." Beyond their immediate needs, I can't help but wonder what kind of support systems are in place for kids going through such trauma. Ensuring they get counseling or any psychological help necessary is critical. If anyone knows of local organizations in Austin or Pflugerville that specialize in helping children in similar situations, sharing those resources could be immensely helpful. Let's keep them in our thoughts and do whatever we can from afar to support rebuilding their sense of safety and normalcy.
