I’ve been following the case of Jacob Selph, and it’s just so devastating to think about what his family must be going through, especially his mom, Lynn. I can’t imagine the pain of losing a child so suddenly and tragically. What’s been bothering me a lot is the fact that this happened in a relatively busy area near the park. I grew up near parks, and they’re supposed to be places of peace and community, not tragedy. Does anyone else find it strange that the suspect initially fled in a silver vehicle? It makes me wonder if there were any security cameras nearby or local businesses that might have additional footage from that day. Even though Jesus Mendoza has been caught, I feel like there might still be details that could come to light, perhaps helping to establish motives or bring clarity to the events of that day. If anyone happens to have more insight into the location or potential witnesses, it’d be great to know more about what usually happens in that area around that time.
