Has anyone else been following the lack of security at that apartment complex where Damion Carr was tragically killed? It's incredibly frustrating to see places where residents should feel safe, yet they can become such dangerous environments due to potential negligence. I can't begin to imagine the pain Damion's family is going through, especially losing two sons in such a short period. As someone who's lived in a similar type of housing, it's unsettling to think this could happen anywhere. It seems that too many times, the issue of inadequate security only comes up after something horrible happens. I truly hope Damion's family can get some answers and hold those responsible accountable. The conversation around better security should be a priority to prevent any more heartache for families like Damion’s.
