I’ve been digging into the details of Carol Miller’s case recently, and there's something that keeps nagging at me. Despite Gerald's conviction for both Carol and Crystal's murders, I find it fascinating how weak the evidence was. We’re talking no body, no confession, no physical evidence - it's almost unheard of! Does anyone else find it strange how they managed to convict him solely based on circumstantial evidence? I wonder if modern forensic techniques would have made a difference if this happened today. Also, has anyone heard about any potential searches or efforts to find Carol's remains in recent years? I can’t imagine what her family is going through without any closure after all these years.

Hi everyone. I've been following the Carol Miller case for a while now, and one thing that puzzled me is the lack of any physical evidence. It’s incredibly rare for someone to be convicted without a body or any forensic evidence tying them to the crime. This must have been a groundbreaking legal decision at the time. Does anyone know if there have been other similar cases since then where the conviction stood? It makes me wonder about the level of circumstantial evidence they had against Gerald. Also, with modern advancements in forensic science, could there be potential for new leads in this case, maybe examining the farm grounds again or using new tech to find clues? Would love to hear if anybody else has insights or thoughts on how they managed this conviction without the usual evidence.
