Carol Miller, age 43, disappeared on May 30, 1989, from Burns, Oregon. At the time of her disappearance, Carol was working on a farm with her husband, Gerald Miller. Her case took a grim turn when Gerald was later convicted of her murder, despite the absence of her body. This conviction was part of a broader case in which Gerald was also found guilty of murdering his first wife, Crystal Miller, who had gone missing in 1984.
