I can't stop thinking about how incredibly brave Rhonda was in her final moments. The fact that she had the courage to start recording on her phone during such a terrifying confrontation speaks volumes about her strength and presence of mind. It really shows how committed she was to protecting herself and leaving evidence of what was happening. This recording ultimately helped to reveal the truth of what was such a devastating situation. My heart truly goes out to her children who had to endure such a traumatic experience. It’s a reminder of why it’s so important for us to keep talking about domestic violence and supporting those who might feel trapped in similar circumstances. I'm struggling to wrap my head around the magnitude of loss Rhonda's family must be feeling right now, especially her teenage kids. Having to witness such a traumatic event unfolds in your own home is utterly unimaginable. I've been thinking a lot about how resilient Rhonda seemed to be, trying to defuse the situation even in her final moments. Her bravery is truly commendable.
