Has anyone else been following the case of Demrick Thomas? It just breaks my heart to think about his young daughter who’ll grow up without her dad. I can't even imagine the pain his family must be going through. I was thinking about how such a minor incident, like a door ding, can escalate into something so tragic! It makes you wonder about what drives people to such extremes. This could have been anyone’s brother, father, or friend. I really hope his family finds some peace and healing. Seeing the community come together for them is truly uplifting. Has anyone heard more about how his kids are doing or if there’s been any support set up for them?

Does anyone else find it haunting how quickly things can escalate over something so minor? I keep thinking about how a tiny "door ding" turned into such a tragedy. It's so hard to understand how Elijah Kuluanya could shoot Demrick Thomas 15 times over such a small incident. I've heard about road rage incidents before, but this one really hits hard, especially knowing Thomas was a father to seven kids and a young daughter who will grow up without her dad. My deepest sympathy goes out to Kimberly Jackson and the rest of the family. I can’t imagine the pain they're enduring. It’s just a reminder to take a step back and think before engaging in any heated confrontation. Life is so precious.
