Lucian Neiman Sheppard, a 34-year-old man from Cleveland, Ohio, tragically lost his life on September 28, 2024. Sheppard's body was discovered in the early hours of Saturday morning inside a burned vehicle in Cleveland. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office later ruled his death a homicide, revealing that Sheppard had suffered gunshot wounds to the head and chest.
