Has anyone else considered whether David Barlow had enemies due to his court testimony? I've been thinking about how he was scheduled to testify around the time he vanished, and it's got me wondering if this drew some unwanted attention. It seems odd to me that he had this looming court date and then disappeared, especially given that he didn't have a car and was often on foot around the east side of Indy. Does anyone know if the case he was involved in was high-profile or could have put him at risk? It's maddening that there's so little info on this angle. His last known location was on North Sterling Street, but was he possibly meeting someone related to the case before he went missing? I've tried looking for any additional details on the trial but haven't found much. Would be great to hear if anyone else has insights into whether this connection has been thoroughly investigated.

David Barlow's tattoos have always stood out to me, especially that eagle on his right arm. It's such a unique and identifiable mark. I'm curious if anyone at the time reported seeing someone with similar tattoos in other parts of the city, or even outside Indianapolis. Tattoos can be such a strong link in missing person cases, wouldn't you think? Also, the description of his jeans missing a back pocket seems pretty distinct. It's these little details that could jog someone's memory and provide a lead. Even decades later, these clues can be pivotal.
