Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions on the night Shannon Rishel went missing? I find it strange how her boyfriend fell asleep in the car, given they were supposedly stranded in a fairly remote area. Was it too cold for someone to just wander off like that without their belongings? I've seen cases where hypothermia can cause disorientation, leading people to leave safety in their confusion. It just seems odd, especially with the cliffs nearby. If it was cold that night, it could add an entire layer to why she might've left her things behind. Anyone with access to old weather reports for that specific area on July 9, 1995?
